Malina Malkani, MS, RDN, CDN, is the pediatric registered dietitian, best-selling author, speaker, and single mom of 3 behind the Instagram and TikTok handle, @healthy.mom.healthy.kids. A top nutrition influencer dedicated to educating her audience of over 140,000 followers about infant and childhood nutrition, Malina is a trusted expert in local and national media outlets and owns a nutrition consulting company and private practice at MalinaMalkani.com that helps caregivers feed their babies and kids with confidence.

She is the author of Simple and Safe Baby-Led Weaning: How to Integrate Foods, Manage Portion Sizes and Identify Allergies and the creator of two online courses for parents: Safe & Simple Baby-Led Feeding and Solve Picky Eating.

A 2022 and 2023 Forbes Health Advisory Board Member and former national media spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Malina completed her undergraduate degrees at Northwestern University and master's degree in clinical nutrition at New York University.

ZOE BISBING

Zoë Bisbing, MSW, LCSW is a licensed psychotherapist and body-positive advocate. She is the director of Body-Positive Therapy NYC and Body-Positive Home (formerly The Full Bloom Project), the only destination of its kind to offer educational workshops and body image workouts for the whole family. She loves teaching parents and professionals how to effectively create spaces where children of all ages, sizes, and gender expressions can naturally boost immunity to our appearance-obsessed culture and decrease risk for disordered eating and body image injury.

Zoë holds a Master of Social Work from New York University, a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College, and a certification in Family-Based Treatment from the Institute for Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders. A native New Yorker, Zoë lives in Manhattan with her husband, three children, and two dogs.  

Dr. Erum Ilyas

Dr. Ilyas focuses on adult and pediatric medical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and skin cancer treatment.

Dr. Ilyas grew up in Maryland and graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts and Science. She earned her medical degree from the MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society, and completed her dermatology training at the Cooper University Hospital of UMDNJ where she also served as Chief Resident of Dermatology.

Dr. Ilyas has practiced dermatology in the Philadelphia area and Boston for over 15 years and has served as Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Drexel University College of Medicine. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, Fellow of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, member of the Society for Pediatric Dermatology, Pennsylvania Academy of Dermatology, and Philadelphia Dermatological Society.

Dr. Ilyas has served with the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgeons as a State Advocacy Leader. She has visited Capitol Hill with the AAD to advocate for restrictions on tanning bed usage for pediatric patients, increased research funding for rare diseases and increased access to pharmaceuticals at affordable prices for patients. She is also the founder of AmberNoon, a contemporary clothing line that protects skin from the sun's harmful UV rays. Dr. Ilyas lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and three children.

 

Dr. Saba Khan

Saba Khan is a PolicyLab faculty scholar, director of the Food Pharmacy at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), attending physician with the Healthy Weight Program at CHOP and assistant professor of pediatrics in the Perleman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Khan has recently started the first "Food Pharmacy" in a quaternary pediatric setting to help alleviate root causes that continue to propagate poor health outcomes as part of her nearly decade long efforts to address the food insecurity crisis in Philadelphia. As a pediatric obesity specialist, she has led a multi-disciplinary team at CHOP of nutritionists, psychologists, social workers, physical activity specialists, researchers and general and specialist pediatricians to help tackle childhood obesity in both the inner city and suburban Philadelphia populations. In addition, due to her fellowship training, she has continued to be involved in robust research and clinical quality control initiatives. Dr. Khan has been the principal investigator in several projects examining food insecurity rates and solutions in hospital systems and has recently presented her research to the most recent Surgeon General. She has also been a regular contributor on pediatric social determinant issues, pediatric wellness and obesity for several well-known publications and media outlets including The Washington Post, The New York Times, NBC, ABC and more.

Dr. Khan also works very closely with Government Affairs and Diversity Divisions at CHOP on a number of collaborations and is involved in many city-wide and state efforts to address social determinants, gender and diversity issues facing vulnerable youth. Most recently, she is part of a committee led through the Governor's office helping form the first PA Food Policy Council. Furthermore, she sits on several boards and committees that provide feedback on community health needs assessments and help prioritize identified needs within CHOP and the wider West Philadelphia community.
